"Dirty, unkempt, no room cleaning, ROACHES."

two foot weeds, cigarette butts in lawn for at least four days. Room not cleaned for three days ROACHES in room (headboard) supposedly could not refund money gave us 24000 points on account. Have pictures of property and room. Only stayed because spent our time with sick relatives and attended a wedding. Fortunately we noticed roaches on our last day.
