The man at the desk was very nice and helpful. I believe his name is Jamal. For some reason the computer had us down for two rooms. He cancelled it and made sure we got a refund. The room had a lot of dust and the hall mirror had several smudges. The electrical outlets in the bathroom were a disaster. They worked sometimes and not others. It kept shutting off when my wife was drying her hair.
