When we decided to stay another night, we put the three rd night on my friends cc. The receptionist took our resrvation but did NOT check us in. At 2:30am the next morning, our room was sold to someone else and they tried to get into the room. I screamed loudly an they left. The next moring, managemnt came pounding on the door wanting to know what was going on that we were still in the room. My friend explained what had happened but no one was happy. We finally got our room cleaned along with toilet paper and clean sheets, but they did not take out the trash! I will not stay that this hotel ever again.
