when we checked in we were told that we could not have keys to our room. we were told that the machine was bbroken and that someone would open our room for us. the hall smelled like cigarette smoke. I was TY old when I booked that a pet charge was 10.00 but when we checked in they charged me 21.95. I will say that the room was clean but I would not recommend TY just hotel to anyone.

The room was totally discussing unfit for human habitation. Strong smell of weed in the halls. Walls in the room fifthy.the rug in the room had large grease spots. This Hotel should be shut down. I didn't stay in the room. I wasted $57. Went to a decent Hotel which was clean,for a human being.

This hotel is in need of a major makeover. It's dirty and it smells. In my room the phone, lights and TV did not work. There was actually no cord attached to the phone!

The maintenance infrastructure performance level needs to be raised. The bathroom looks poor, the sink faucet hot and cold supply lines are reversed, the tub drain is very slow, the light fixture above the sink is installed not level, the joint compound in the corners has holes. The carpet is heavily soiled and needs replacement. The room needs a fresh aroma. The air conditioning unit is loud.

Only a few things went wrong: the first set of room keys we got didn't work, the person who was there at night wouldn't give us another set but the person in the morning did. The heater/fan made popping sounds and burning smells when we turned it on. Room service never gave us new towels. Why are we not allowed to take our continental breakfasts back to our rooms? Other than these problems the room was decent and the price was good.
