I come here every year and it's always a pleasure but this time our room had no A/C, the shower kept overfilling. Just some headaches when trying to enjoy your vacation. Imagine sleeping in a room at 90 degrees.

The staff are friendly and fo above and beyond to assist guests. We had a bad battery in our truck. We didn't carry jumper cables as the truck only a year old. The bellhops found cables and jumped the truck several times so that we could get home. The hotel amenities are abundant and everything is clean and beautifully maintained.
