The room wasn't very clean. There was dog food in the drawers,a dirt ring on the inside of the tub, the trash can under the sink was not emptied, I used a wash rag to clean the bath room and kitchen floor because it was sticky the rag was black when I got done, carpet was dirty looking, the pillows smelled like a dirty head. I will probably visit the city again but I won't be staying there.

Worst experience ever had at a hotel and I didnt even get to end up staying! made a reservation and paid for three days at the hotel. asked specifically if I would be able to check in when I arrived, seeing as it would most likely be sometime in the middle of the night. no problem they said. however upon arrival (about four am) they said I would not be able to check in until three pm. not what they told me on the phone. Said they had zero availability for the night even though I had a reservation. whatever. ended up having to leave to spend another $130 on a hotel room that I had to be out if by NOON! Keep in mind it's not about 530 am. the next night, I'm going back to the original hotel that I had made my reservation at and they told me that they overbooked and will no longer honor my reservation. and the little shit that was working the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. should've got his name. maybe Scott. whatever. tried talking to him on the phone and was hung up on. attitude changed quickly when his boss showed up which I found comical. overall terrible experience. this place sucks and so do the employees. and scott you're lucky I didnt punch you in your mouth.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and one studio bed. I was informed this property had no studio beds in the entire facility. No accommodation to correct this could be made. Property didn't appear to be familiar with HotelPlanner. No attempt to negotiate a price adjustment with manager was possible manager never showed up.
