Arrived at 1:30 am to find that about 10 12 people were in the lobby and we were all told there were no rooms available although we all had confirmation numbers and our credit cards were charged! we were all stranded. They have since charged my credit card so I reported it to my cc company and Barclay challenged it saying it was a non refundable reservation!! customer service has been dismissive and no one has taken responsibility for leaving a number of people with nowhere to sleep in the middle of the night. SHAME ON YOU BARCLAY. I ended up having to spend the night sitting in a lobby chair at another hotel as the area was sold out of rooms.

We are located in the heart of Downtown Atlanta! The hotel is within walking distance of The Aquarium, World of Coke, Underground Atlanta, Phillips Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, CNN Center, Centinial Park, AmericasMart, The Rialto Theatre and Georgia State. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Atlanta University Center. We also have several resturants with in walking distance. The Quality Inn Hotel has 75 guestrooms. Some rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. All rooms have wireless internet, coffee maker, iron with ironing board and blowdryer.The Quality Inn offers a complimentary full breakfast, free wireless, business center and exercise facilty.
