I made the reservation for my wife when she arrived she was told it would of been $35.00 cheaper if she would of made reservation thru the hotel which I thought I was doing. will not make that mistake again very tricky on your part.

Arrived about 530 in afternoon. Check in staff,passable. That was the end of OK. Went to dinner and on return staff in parking lot smoking, not in your property. Once in my room, subject in adjoining with TV very load, but I thought at about 10p they would turn it down. NOT. At 1230, I called front desk. They said they were aware as others had complained. Next hour was phone calls to that room and banging on offenders door,finally TV turned half way down for rest of night. Up at 0730, down to get coffee. Could not get near any food as the transients from the parking lot were inside eating. Took my stuff to my car went back in and told the morning staff my situation. They were very sympathetic and refunded my stay. You have a real issue at this venue. Transients in the parking area sleeping in vehicles, outside lighting out, razor blades and other items indicating drug use in the parking lot, abuse of all the handicap parking spots and people participating in your food service that are OBVIOUSLY not guests. And no staff action being taken to address these issues. Thank you for listening.

Recently renovated hotel in beautiful Roseburg,OR with some of the best amenities in the industry. We have a wonderful SuperStart complimentary breakfast consisting of hot, fresh Belgian waffles, English muffins, toast, assorted breakfast muffins, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. Fresh coffee, tea, and hot cocoa is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. Our rooms have free wireless internet, and all guests have access to our 24 hour business center. We offer premium rooms, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. For fun and relaxation, guests may enjoy our indoor pool and spa. Our hotel is conveniently located off the I-5 with a variety of local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful vineyards. Our staff is friendly, professional and attentive to your needs. All rooms are accessed indoors and by elevator. Our conference room is 456 (24'x19') square feet; and may be decorated according to your needs.
