I had a hotel voucher to use and searched extensively for a peaceful, relaxing spot. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly fortunate to discover this place. It was like stepping into a fairytale—friendly staff greeted me with champagne or apple cider, making me feel right at home. I was upgraded to a balcony suite that was truly spectacular, spotless and inviting. Stepping outside onto the balcony, I enjoyed the fresh water air and a stunning view of the lake, where preparations for a wedding the next day were underway. I relaxed completely, taking a warm bath in an amazing tub with a waterfall rain showerhead. Sitting by the outdoor fire pits with a glass of wine was so enjoyable. The pantry with snacks and drinks was fun to take back to my room and enjoy while watching a movie. Everyone, including the maid, was very friendly. The lobby is stunning and the staircase leading to the library is beautiful. This place feels like a little slice of heaven. I definitely plan to return soon!
Good review. two people stood out to us. The Chinese man in laundry or whatever. He moves laundry carts around amongst other things. And Sameeta at the front desk. Lovely and very helpful. They deserve special recognition.
Overall, I will be back and I will be telling people about the hotel. It was phenomenal.
