The hotel is currently under construction. More than half the rooms are without windows. Pallets of construction materials fill the entry. Mold, stained sheets you name it all bad.

Probably very long day day. The assistant had a bad attitude with several of the clients who were arriving. our check in time was friday, nov 11th. and we arrived at approximately 7:30 pm.

Stayed one night only fortunately. Got overcharged for the pet fee; TV broken; no bed covers; table lamps 25+ years old; terrible shower pressure; rooms need complete overhaul; minimal security and lousy free breakfast. Never again!

We were surprised to see the hotel is under major renovation. The top of the hotel is completely wrapped in plastic sheeting. The booking agent by phone said the pet fee was $10 but the hotel charged us $30. The room was in horrible condition damaged by a large dog who ate holes in the bathroom door. The refrigerator door was rusted out along the bottom edge. I've never seen such terrible conditions for a Baymont/Windom hotel! Very disappointed.

Open this hotel when you have actually have renovated it I would not put a pig in a room there smelled like mildew the heat / cold registers were 30 years old beds dirty and looked like they were from they 1960's bathroom fitly and mildew everywhere no carpet on the floors floor warped looked like water damage and yes again remediate the mildew you have a nerve selling this to the public very inconvenient to have to go through this after a day on I95 also the outside looked a mess lie it was under construction overall DISGUSTING ! Company should be ashamed ! Not a good way to start a reputation !

"Pretty Rough"

The hotel is under construction. While our room seemed fair enough, the bed was absolutely horrible. When I sat on it, the springs collapsed together. Worst night's sleep. At 6:30 am my wife was on her phone getting prices from other hotels. Also, when we checked out, they said they had us listed as a “no show.” Seemed very strange to me.

I expected the saggy bed and empty kleenex box. This is a cheap motel after all. But the $30 per pet per day is outrageous. The clerk said it's on their website but whose? Quality Inn I made reservations with or Bay something that was on the sign outside? Price gouging.

THE ROOM WAS NOT THE CLEANEST. IN THE BATHROOM I CHASED A SPIDER FROM THE TOWELS. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS RATHER POOR. THE $30 FEE FOR A DOG SEEMED HIGH. WILL BE LOOKING FOR OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS FOR FUTURE TRIPS.

Property was clean but clearly under rehab. Everything old. No blanket on bed we were cold. We were leaving early and there would be coffee, but there was not. No nice things, such as newspaper, just average basic. Not interested in staying until place more inviting.

Seemed a little beat up and old. The pool was not in use but pretty gross looking. The breakfast was subpar however most likely due to Covid. All the staff members were very nice. It did seem pretty clean. Got the feeling he was in a bad neighborhood.
