I was treated like royalty for my one night stay here. The customer service was top notch from valet, bell services and front desk. Thank you to Kevin/Jacques(?) in Valet/Bell services for calling our cab, providing us a umbrella and going above and beyond. The property was gorgeous with a full range of amenities. My room was very clean and exactly as pictured. I had a two-queen suite with a balcony plus a full wet bar w/ glass, robes with slippers and plenty of toiletries. The super soft bed and pillows were heavenly. The sliding cut out the city noise. In room dining was very quick and delicious with great offerings. Overall, it was fantastic!
