Fees charged that desk were not able to explain and were not able to document. Gave me a receipt for $94 dollars and immediately charged my card $170. Told me about adding fees for Expedia even though I booked and paid directly through Hyatt website. Told me I was billed a deposit daily. Told me I would be refunded fees at checkout, etc. I will send documentation and credit card charges to State of California.

Opened in 2002 this 3 story French Country villa style hotel features an outstanding location one hour north of San Francisco in the heart of the Sonoma County Wine Country. With over 200 wineries within minutes the Vineyard Creek caters to groups of up to 700 people, corporate travelers and couples looking for a wine country getaway. AAA 4 Diamond rated the hotel features outstanding amenities, the best beds in the wine country for that great night sleep and the best food in the North Bay. The Vineyard Creek was awarded a Gold Medal for Best Place for a Business Event by North Bay Biz Magazine. The grounds are designed to be relaxing featuring one of a kind works of art and a 100 foot waterwall.
