OVERVIEW: Situated in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, overlooking 23 miles of pristine sun-splashed beaches, The Atlantic Hotel is a 16-story boutique property offering 124 guestrooms, including 54 suites.
The Sea-inspired Spa Atlantic, Italian-inspired restaurant Coastal and a refined list of personalized services and amenities. The hotel's fifth floor Pool Terrace overlooks the Atlantic and offers a heated swimming pool with chaise lounges and casual dining with tropical libations.
DESTINATION: The Atlantic Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of South Florida's Gold Coast, between the palm-shaded boulevards of Sunrise and Las Olas. It is seven miles from Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood International Airport and 27 miles from Miami International Airport. The property is also four miles to Port Everglades Cruise Terminals.
The property is minutes from The Galleria Mall and Las Olas Boulevard, offering a collection of charming outdoor eateries, boutiques, art galleries and live music venues. Guests can walk to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, a former estate offering four distinct natural communities and more than 200 species of birds, and Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, a circa 1921 Caribbean plantation-style waterfront home. Additionally, there are a variety of nearby attractions including the Bank Atlantic Center for sporting events and concerts and Dolphin Stadium, home to the Miami Dolphins football team, Florida Marlins baseball team, and the upcoming Super Bowl XLIV 2010. Other convenient activities include seaside boat tours, deep-sea fishing, the Everglades, snorkeling, diving, bicycling, kayaking and parasailing.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Atlantic Hotel features spacious accommodations which offer the comforts of home. The property has 124 guestrooms, including 54 suites, ranging from 581 to 3,800 sq. ft. All have terraces offering ocean or Intracoastal Waterway views; granite kitchens or kitchenettes; large, five-fixture master bathrooms; BOSE sound systems; On-Demand movies, music, and video games; and wireless Internet service.
SPA ATLANTIC:
The 10,000-sq.-ft. Spa Atlantic offers eight treatment rooms, including two couples' suites, and dedicated men's and women's areas, complete with relaxation rooms, Jacuzzis, saunas and steam rooms. Its holistic philosophy centers on blending innovative services with traditional rituals and practices. Guests can choose from an array of “Journeys” to destinations that include Arabia, India, the Mediterranean and the Orient.
The spa also offers a full-service salon and boutique. In-room massages are also available. Adjacent to the spa is a 24-hour fitness center outfitted with Technogym equipment. The fitness center also offers programming, including yoga classes, and personal training sessions.
DINING: Wild Thyme, signature restaurant of The Atlantic Hotel & Spa offers one of the area's top culinary experiences. Guests have the option of dining inside or al fresco overlooking the ocean. Casual dining is available on the fifth floor at the Sky Bar, which offers breathtaking ocean views.
