We were getting ready to go to the dance when the commode overflowed. Everything came to a standstill until they came and took care of it. The water faucet had a grinding noise when you turned it on. The A/C worked well with no problems. Refrigerator worked fine. The shower had two showers, a short and taller one that worked fine. The TV worked, but we had the volume was all the way up and neither of us could hear it. When I walked in the room to put things down, they had a coffee pot sitting there. There were coffee pouches and cream/sugar packets strewn all along the table. There were NO coffee cups, or glasses to use in the bathroom. The room seemed clean enough, but I paid over $300 for a room in disarray and was not impressed at all. Talking to others in other rooms, it seems there were issues in other rooms. This place needs to be maintained in a huge way. The ice machine did not work. We go there on a yearly basis, but we will not be staying there. The folks running the place were very friendly and agreeable so it's a shame.

Handicap accessible rooms are also available. We also offer in all of our rooms, a comfortable work area and data-port with high-speed Internet access. Our hotel also has a business center with fax and copy service. Hotel guests will enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast. Let our friendly and knowledgeable staff make your stay with us relaxed and comfortable. The BEST WESTERN Snyder Inn is located in the heart of Snyder, adjacent to the Scurry County Coliseum Complex, between the historic Heritage Village and Snyder Country Club. Snyder is the home of Western Swing dancing and the White Buffalo.
