The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible no padding at all. We had a child with us that needed to sleep on the sofa bed, so we asked the staff to get a better mattress. The staff was great and they replaced it with a better mattress. The room had several issues. Carpet was wet near the AC, the door knob stuck open, the toilet handle was falling out. The staff fixed the toilet handle while we were there but the other things were not addressed. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.
