The card for parking was horrible never could get it to work other wise the stay and staff was great but something need to be done about parking.

From the arrival. the Front Desk Personnel were far less than welcoming. Unprofessional in their appearance. The Gentleman who checked us in had none, if any Customer Service Skills. The Female was somewhat engaged in what she was actually there for.. not real sure.?? The overall experience over four nites, was less than acceptable. The ONE positive. the Hotel is in a Great location. We were in Columbia for the 60th Anniversary of The Columbia City Ballet Weekend. Your front desk personnel were not even aware of what was happening this particular weekend. Not remotely aware of what was in the surrounding area and I only think that this may stem from its proximity to the University and a different caliber of guest staying at your property. I come from a 38 Year Customer Service background with a major airline and experience as a Concierge at a JW Marriott property. I can only add, that whoever is your Guest Services Manager and Hotel Manager, they are lacking in providing direction to your Front Line Employee what the Customer Expectation should be. My conclusion,. it's a reflection of their standard of meeting and or even possibly exceeding a satisfactory Hilton stay. Would not recommend or stay at your property in the future.

four nights there, now towels, no soap, trays of dirty food int hallway the entire time, no one gives a shit and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my lifte time. Motel 6 is better. Do not stay here. no one cares nor does Hilton..

We were not given a discount even though we were with the Dr Michael Abercrombie wedding party. That was the first thing. Next we found blood on one top sheet a mixtture of blood and poop. The other sheets looked as if it has shoe marks or shoe polish on it. Soap had melted in the shower from the last people that stayed and the other bathroom soap area was also filthy. We were extremely disappointed.Next the door would had to be worked on by maintainance because it would not shut. The first night we were not safe becaue the door would not shut. I wish I had something, anything good to say. but I do not. This was supposed to be one of the greatest weekends of our lives and it was horrible. We would never recommend your hotel. Your food is not included or your parking. We travel constantly and stay in beautiful hotels that have both free breakfast and parking. What a horrible experiece. We will never return. Just in case, I made a video and pictures of all of these problems!

I think the price was too high for this hotel. They need to add amenities to the room. A plastic cup or just a cup in the bathroom would have been welcomed. The breakfast buffet had powdered eggs which was not a good idea for a hotel with business clients traveling there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay. Very comfortable beds with top quality linens and pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated with a lovely pool area in a courtyard which is very nicely landscaped. We will be back!

Your group will have options of touring museums, treating themselves to lunch, dinner or a sinful dessert, visiting art galleries, antique shopping, indulging themselves in the exciting nightlife or taking a canoe or kayaking trip down the Congaree River! The Vista offers a full-service Hilton Hotel featuring 222 sleeping rooms that will consist of 99 King Standard Rooms, 100 Double Queen Standard Rooms, 3 King Spa Rooms, 14 Executive Suites, 4 Parlor Suites and 2 executive Presidential Suites. Parking is available to all of our guests at the city owned garage connected to the Hilton Columbia Center. Your guests may experience Valet Parking for $18.00 or Self Parking for $10.00 per day.
