"Wow best hotel stay ever"

Superb service throughout our stay for 6 days. Every attention to detail. Service of the room was impeccable. Concierge services were excellent and the hotel was able to drive us to multiple locations throughout our stay. All staff from front desk, bellman, transportation desk, drivers, great service staff at bar were superb. We loved spending a few hours each day cooling off at the pool and the pool staff were so welcoming. Best hotel stay of my life! Not sure how they did it but virtually all the hotel staff remembered our names!

Outstanding room and service. This is my 3rd visit. The staff is phenomenal and everyone is so nice and they greet you in the hallways. The staff makes you feel welcome and special. That's why I will come back whenever I'm in Charleston.
