Camp Verde is quite small but close to Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona with many sightseeing opportunities and hiking options.

We were there for our granddaughter's graduation from high school. The location was perfect for our needs. The only thing we didn't have time to indulge in was "Out of Africa", a wildlife facility just outside of town. We have visited there before and LOVED the place, where the animals are treated with great respect and love at all times.
