This was a disaster from the onset. 1)the booking company was somewhere in India and sold me a $20 3rd party cancellation policy, 2) my room had one King bed and one sofa pull out bed, however when the sofa bed pulled out there was no walk space between the two this resulting in one of the sleepers in each of the beds having to crawl over their shared partner to get access to the bathroom. bad, bad, bad 3) the breakfast service was in pre wrapped packages these went out when the Pandemic ended. Very sub standard you need to get your act toghether. I've had better breakfasts at half the room cost you should be ashamed of yourselves. Used to think highly of Mattiott don't anymore.

We offer FREE hi-speed wired and wireless internet and secretarial services such as printing, faxing and copying at our front desk for your business needs, and at the end of your busy day, we invite you to enjoy a nice night by our fascinating fire pit or a great basketball game on our interchangeable sports court. Our fantastic fitness center and COMPLIMENTARY full breakfast will certainly get you started in the mornings, and if you need a little more caffeine to get you through the day, feel free to stop back in for some complimentary freshly brewed coffee available all day!
