Went there for baseball games. The Freedom Rock description was very interesting. Led us to explore more of the Freedom Rocks in Iowa.

Fayette is a small town with good food. The people we encountered were all very friendly especially the college kids working the front desk at the hotel and at Pete's. We had a great time talking to Kyle and his brother at Pete's. Very friendly, nice people.

The staff recommended several options for dinner that night, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at DT's Pub and Primetime in Fayetteville. The wait staff was great and very accommodating. The pizza was outstanding and the beer choices were welcomed
