Multi purpose room facing the ocean just 200 feet from the shoreline with a large open grass field in front of the meeting facility, just before the beach. The meeting room has a wood floor and very high ceilings and many different lighting options. The meeting room can be closed up and air-conditioned, or the front wall can be completely folded back so the room is open to nature and the grass field. This also makes the room ideal for use as a performance stage. The floor level is seven steps up from the ground level. There are two bars, a restaurant, and public rest facilities just steps from the facility. The room is also ideal for yoga groups or activities requiring a gymnasium type facility.
