When we checked in we got a smoking room and I'm a cancer survivor and I offered to pay for an upgrade and was told that we reserved the last room available. And was at the pool one day in the afternoon and there were no chairs at the pool and we were sitting on the chairs in front of the cabanas and we had to relocate from security.

Good stay for us older Deadheads! The hotel went out of it's way to make us all feel welcome from our door key cards to signature drinks. The Grateful Strings band got us all excited on Wednesday night. Having a rickshaw outside to take us to The Sphere was excellent. The bellmen were great with storing our luggage and every service person working was helpful and happy. Thank you for the "family" effort.

The bellman (I believe his name was JD) was outstanding. He was friendly, helpful and attentive. I've worked in hotels for nearly 50 years and if I wasn't retired, I would try to steal him from you. All in all a great stay.

We love coming to Tuscany. Our family used to come every year. We did it for 20 years until my father got sick. This year we decided to reignite our Family Reunion. We had 12 family members attend, and everyone had a raved about the service. We plan to attend this same week next year and perhaps have a family banquet.

I wish I had known about the Tuscany long ago! It's a wonderful alternative to the gigantic casino experience. It's like having our own apartment in a complex that is easily walkable, has all the amenities and is only a short walk from the crazy strip. I loved the free parking, quiet/clean/modern room, the view of nature outside my window, the small concert halls, the coffee shop/cafe. And thank you, Tuscany for being Dead and Company friendly! Shakedown Street was cool and fun. I will be back!
