The Shoreview center is about 6 miles east of Unity Hospital Campus and 6 miles north of Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
Unless you're visiting Shoreview for a specific event, the three main factors to consider when visiting Shoreview are the weather, the crowds, and the hotel rates. For ideal weather, book your trip sometime from mid-May through September. The warmest month of the year is July, with highs around 86 degrees.
The further you get from summer, the colder the weather gets. Spring temperatures range from the upper 20s to the upper 70s, while fall temperatures range from the upper 70s to the mid-30s. Winter temperatures can fall to single digits, with highs in the low to upper 20s.
If you want to avoid crowds, a fall or winter visit is your best bet. April, May, and June are the busiest months for tourism, with spring being a little busier than summer. These months will be the most expensive time to visit Shoreview, but they also boast more things to do. November is likely to be the least expensive month. However, you can find deals year-round by booking online and well in advance of your trip.
Hotels in the Shoreview area offer a variety of discounts to make your stay more affordable. Even if none of these offers applies to you, the Quality Inn & Suites has you covered. Some of their best online rates are available to everyone. The only catch is that these deals, unlike the others mentioned, are non-refundable.
Those with a little more money to spend may enjoy the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Roseville MN. Rooms at this hotel cost more, but you also get access to more amenities and better facilities. You'll also find discounts similar to those offered by the Quality Inn & Suites, including discounted rates for AAA/CAA members and non-refundable online deals that cut the price by 10 percent.
