I have visited hotels all across the country and this one is by far the best one I've ever stayed in. Everything you need is right there at the hotel. Outside of the hotel everything else is in walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay.

We booked a hotel room for a bachelor party we took in St.Louis. We were instructed that check in was at 4. When we arrived after five that evening, there were at least 100 people in the waiting room all waiting to be checked in their rooms. We had to wait two hours to check in after that. I was not offered any sort of discount or accommodation while waiting and the staff was not nice about the wait. For a hotel that charges over $300 a night to stay there I expected a better check in process and to be on time.

The hotel was very clean, spacious and has lots of lobby space and eating options. The rooftop bar has an amazing view. The only part that's was a downside was our door had to be slammed in order for it to latch properly but other than that our stay was great!

The room was smaller than I expected. It needed maintenance. The bathroom lighting was not good. The shower curtain appeared to be dirty. The view was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Sam was great!

"From cold water to a closed pool, nothing was right."

Took my two granddaughters for their first hotel experience and wanted to pull out all the stops, so I picked this high rise with a pool for my kindergarten princesses. The pool was closed. Bathtub water wasn't warm enough to give them a bath. Water pressure was horrible, after 20 minutes we shut the quarter filled cold water out and skipped bath time. Thought we finally would get some sort of the first class Hilton we paid for at breakfast until the waffles we had to special order came as basic, I mean not even butter, delivered with a confusing check and a waitress that disappeared for a smoke or bathroom break, who knows. The whole experience we had saved so long and hard for was hardly what we received. Your valet was excellent, there's something. What a let down overall.
