The motel is generally "run down" and the room had a lock missing from the door, dripping ceiling over the sink area which made things very wet and much bad moisture and generally not very clear or kept up. I paid unintentionaly $102 for the room though the manager at first said the room was $54 and then $65 and yet I was charged this huge service fee!

Was expecting a four star place and its not even close.The pictures that your showed when you book not even close.Being renovated right now,room was half ass cleaned,woke up to spider crawling on my sweety,dust and cob webbs,dead beetles,mat in tub stained or dirty wouldnt shower in it,wouldnt use linens either didnt look clean.front desk clerk was great,mateniance man had to change TV out because the one didn't work. When I booked the room the picture show was immaculant! was over charged on night stay. When I tried to call support team about it I was hung up on three diffent times. had to keep asking agent to please repeat herself and I dont think she understood what I was asking! She hung up on me and the last time I called I asked to speak to someone else because she keep hanging up on me and she hung up me again! Called my charge card company and filed a complaint. But in my opion the article you show for this motel is wrong on all levels! This was my first time using this service and I probally will never again use it! I know customer service can be adifficult job but maybe if the agent spoke clearier english there wouldn't have been this problem. But then to just keep hanging up on me is not how you run a business either! I'm pushing it with my rating its wasn't the worse I seen but I thought using the service I wouldn't have had the problem! This experience turned what was suppose a great time into a frustrating time that over shadowed what we had planned! Lastly this is putting things as nicly as I can very disappointed. Haven't been out of the house exccept to go to drs apts because of very health issues and we were celebrating 18 years together!
