Excellent customer service— the room was clean it would be nice if they could just kick it up just a notch though — like do a little better on the floors. a bit more sparkle in the bathroom.. I stayed two weeks and about half the time I went to my room in the evening, the key card didn't work and I'd have to go back down to the reception desk to have it corrected. Restaurant hours were very limited. It would be nice if those were extended. Without one exception, the service people were very gracious and friendly.

Property Description

Our award winning Holiday Inn Gateway is one of the only full service hotels in the Williamsburg area that offers more onsite amenities than the traditional hotel. We have recently undergone a full renovation of the hotel (2016). Our fabulous in-house restaurant Bistro 515 is open for breakfast and dinner. Winner of the Intercontinental Hotels Group Newcomer of the Year Award for 2008, and winner of the Intercontinental Hotels Group Tourchbearer Award 2009, the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is quickly becoming the talk of the town with its great guest service, clean, comfortable accomodations and luxurious amenities. The hotel also offers over 2300 square feet of flexible meeting space which can accomodate meetings of any size up to 180 people. The Holiday Inn & Suites Williamsburg Historic Gateway - New Luxury in a Historic Setting.School Groups that don't include an adult in each room may require overnight security at $24 per hour. Baggage Handling is available on request and is $4.00 per person round trip. Onsite bus parking is free.
