This space is very well laid out, the acoustics are hollow with the high ceiling but seems to work fine for most uses. It can get an echo with too loud of a presentation, thus no sound system is provided or needed. Food can be catered with notice and usually we just put the party in touch with the caterer to eliminate the mark up for service.
