Jarek was welcoming and kind. He described the amenities of the hotel and offered any assistance. With true customer service and professionalism, he accommodated our group of 12 volleyball players and their two hours of activities in the lobby with ease. Filling the water for hot cocoa and coffee as well as checking on us for anything else we needed. Jarek needs a raise! Thank you, Maine Juniors Volleyball.

Hotel was nice, checked in after a late flight. It was raining, attendant at front desk was great, but didn't like that I had to leave the building at midnight, by myself, walk to building six without a sign of anyone around. It was a little scary.
