I like the town very clean and laid back and it is very watched by local law informants which I like so nobody steels or vandalism to peoples vehicles

BBQ competition. Very good Mexican restaurant by the hotel.
Cracker Barrel was close to the hotel.

Troy offers small town living. The Time Out Sports Bar & Grill offers tasty wings and there are a few other restaurants and shops.
We have been in Troy before, and honestly, were not that impressed. This trip was completely different. The city was very clean, with no rundown areas that we saw. It also seems to be a very good place to live. Also, it is right on the interstate.
