We have increased cleaning and disinfecting of high touch areas. Which includes elevators buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys and pens. We have also begun a 3-day stand-alone policy, which means when a room is checked out, we do not enter that room for 3 days to diminish the life of germs. Face masks and gloves will be worn by cleaning staff on duty. We have implemented an orientation/training process for returning employees for new safety/cleaning protocols. Employees upon arrival will now have their temperature read and logged before starting their shift. We have altered the check in process to limit contact and ensure your safety by putting up sneeze guards along with a large focus on wiping down our front desk area after each guest. Hand sanitizer is available for all guests. We are also installing touch-free faucets and soap/paper towel dispensers into our public areas. Social distancing, besides the 6-foot rule, means assigning rooms so no one is across or next to each other.
