Everyone was amazing even through the systems being down for the majority of my stay. The entire staff was professional and friendly.

Upon checking into the hotel the staff was very prepared for our group of 160 people. Hotel was in a good location and easy access for our tour buses. The rooms were large and very well maintained. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is the indoor pool. The pool was small for a hotel this size and the pool area was very noisy. Which is expected of an indoor pool and a large group of kids. The hotel staff was very nice to extend our pool hours to accommodate our schedule. The breakfast was very good with several options. The food was well prepared and plentiful. The hotel and grounds are well maintained. Overall a great experience at this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. When we are in this area again we will definitely plan to stay here again.

In the room, the coffee is the weakest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Stayed at the Spring Hill in Houston three weeks ago, same thing. Worst in room coffee ever!

I was in Charlotte for an event and stayed overnight at SpringHill Suites. I found my Suite to be very clean, neat and modern. Large and easy to get around in. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas and a great view from my window. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the Charlotte area and would highly recommend it to others. We got a great price on our room and were very pleased.
