Good morning, while the facility was clean and the staff was excellent in their dealings with me, the hotel made a misstep by not providing the room that I booked (2 queens and a pull out) vs receiving a king bed and pull out through Expedia. I contacted Expedia which did not refund me the difference which I view is absolutely not customer friendly as I was disappointed to have to share the bed and over pay for the stay. In my opinion Expedia is greedy as I immediately reported the misstep that could easily be corrected by refunding the difference. Instead Marriott stepped up and awarded me 2000 Bonvoy points which is nice, but I requested a refund from Expedia. This level of inflexibility from Expedia is not acceptable. Regards S Cook.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to especially call out Ms. Shirley. She manages the breakfast and is friendly, accommodating and genuinely interested in ensuring a good start to the day with a wholesome breakfast.
