It was just me and my senior dog. I was very nervous having to travel alone but the staff here was absolutely amazing. After four days, everyone knew us on sight and I even forgot to be afraid. The hotel was undergoing some lobby renovations but otherwise everything was very clean and my room was enormous! I need to travel back to the area next month and I'll be sure to stay here again!

The restaurant experience was poor. There was no white wine only red and beer was not cold. Service was slow even though it was it was not at all busy. The food was less than adequate. The desk clerk was perfect! Her cheery attitude and understated southern charm truly relaxed me after 12 hours on the road. The room was large, inviting and spotless. The wait staff at breakfast the following morning was polite and served to cap off a restful stay. We will be back!

Our room was gorgeous! It had been renovated from last year. The hotel staff was very friendly. The only negative was the food service. My margarita pizza was inedible. And I was very disappointed that there was not a continental breakfast included with the cost of the room. Not sure we will visit here again.

My husband and I loved this hotel. After a long drive it was great to have a clean new place to spend the night. We also loved that there was a restaurant on site. Desk staff was very helpful. It appeared that we had been double billed and I inquired when we checked out but was told no, there was only one billing. Turned out we were billed twice and it took two weeks and two different calls to Hilton to get it straightened out. Without this glitch I definitely would have given the place a five stars but this took a lot of time to sort out.
