Residence Inn Meeting Room
The Residence Inn Meeting Room is a 550 square foot space located right past the Lobby on the first floor. Several room set-up options are available including, but are not limited to, Classroom Style, Theater Style, Conference Style, Hospitality Style, Square-Shaped and U-Shaped. The Meeting Room can accommodate up to 48 guests depending on the style. Complimentary parking offered to all meeting attendees. There are 2 types of tables available: standard 6’ rectangle or conference 6’ rectangle (the table type will determine the number of people/chairs within available space). Black linen table cloths are available upon request. Complimentary wireless Internet service, flat screen TV (wall mounted), dry erase board and projector screen (upon request only). Digital projector, speaker phone, flip chart and DVD player available for an additional $25 each. Complimentary water/coffee available upon request. You are welcome to bring in your own food/drinks at no cost. A full, hot breakfast is available upon request for $6 per person (complimentary breakfast for hotel guests).
