We booked for the pool,called previously to booking to make sure no maintenance was scheduled on the pool during our visit. They closed the pool on our first morning there. Also, they have a "no locals" policy. Personally if you do business in a town, you should support that town. Not discriminate against local residents. In one of our rooms was pair of used dirty underwear upon check in. And the ground floors has the same appeal as a prison. Dont go!

"An old tired place to stay."

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room, well it was old and smelled like a retirement center. The shower curtain had paint on it as well as the look of mildew. Even the mattress felt old. It's been a very long time since we stayed somewhere that required a stick in the window for security reasons. It was obvious the bathroom wall was patched. It is safe to say that for those of us who try to eat healthy, the breakfast was anything but that. If other SureStays are like this, Best Western needs to conduct an intervention. Just saying how it was.
