We got sidetracked when we made the reservation. Thought we made it with Hilton directly. We found when we went to check in before 6:00 PM we could not cancel the reservation. We were in the right hotel but wrong location to the funeral we were there for. So we ended up staying and had to drive over 20 miles each way. two days Not good. The clerk could have been more helpful in trying to cancel the reservation but was not. To much work we ere told. Keys for the garage did not work the first time and had some other quests help us with that problem. The rugs were dirty on our floor and needed sweeping. The room while old worked for us for the one night. The day lady was very nice so I didn't complain to her. Breakfast was decent. Not a happy stay. Bernard D'Andrea.

Very dissatisfied with this hotel. Had to be moved because the dust on the furniture was heavy and I suffer from dust and mold allergies. Soap build up in the shower walls was a real turnoff. When speaking with desk folks they claimed the room was clean without having looked at it. On the bright side, the day manager came right up to see for herself and immediately moved us to a new room. Very apologetic to myself and my companion.
