We were excited to come into town for a concert at Tanglewood and spending a lot on this place for one night was one regret. Bugs in room, blood stain on wall in bathroom, pathetic breakfast showing. Never staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very neat and clean. The people at the registration desk were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable mattresses. I would certainly stay there again. Also was very quiet. We don't eat big breakfast so it was sufficient coffee juice, cereal and different kinds of bread and fruit. Reasonable rates.

"Clean, but not clean."

The desk clerk was kind, warmed my room up and made sure I had everything I needed. However, housekeeping needs to be more observant. The room seemed mostly clean but there was a used bar of soap on the tub ledge and a HYPODERMIC NEEDLE on the frame of the mirror. This made me doubt the safety and cleanliness of the room overall. I slept with the light on.

Property Description

It is a two floor hotel with external hallways. We provide complimentary breakfast every morning from 7-10 am. All the rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, iron, ironing boards, coffee pots etc. We also have 5 rooms with private jacuzzi tubs and 1 room with a private sauna for additional charge available. We are near many good restaurants, grocery markets and gas stations and just 10 minutes away from Pittsfield, MA and Tanglewood.
