Xaha offers spectacular views in the heart of the 9th Green of the world-renowned PGA Riviera Maya golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II.

Yes! Pets are allowed.
1.The guest must notify in advance that he will travel with his dog. Dog stays are subject to availability and confirmation from the Villa. A charge of 20 USD per night will be aplied.

3.For security and peace of mind, the maximum weight we accept is 10kg
4.Only dogs are allowed.
5.Must be clean of fleas and ticks, up-to-date with their vaccinations and free of parasites. All pets must have their vaccination record, which will be kept on file from their first visit.
6.They must have a collar and leash, and it will be the owner's responsibility to have it located at all times
7.The pet cannot be left alone at any time in the room or in the Villa facilities
8.Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by its owner
9.The owner will be solely responsible for cleaning, collecting and disposing of his dog's feces, as well as respecting the places assigned for this.
10.The use of towels from the Villas to dry and clean the dog is prohibited
11.Dogs are not allowed on beds or so
