No idea what happened. I arranged for a group stay at a special rate. Each person called and paid separately. Even they had a profile for me there was no reservation, so while my group got the rate I arranged, I had to pay $30 more. Not happy.

We booked a block for a wedding. Although I was told the block was only used by one, I know we had many at the hotel. The hotel itself was great, especially staff at check-in and check-out. My only complaint was even I had several rooms booked and told staff prior to check-in, I was not allowed early check-in or late check-out.

Ms. Lori, Thank you for choosing Comfort Suites to host your guests and thank you for your compliments on the hotel and our staff. We do appreciate your feedback. We like knowing where we can improve. I apologize that we did not exceed each of your expectations and you were unable to check-in early or have a late check-out. Unfortunately that option is not based on the number of rooms you book, but our availability. We try to give our housekeeping staff enough time to ready rooms for our guests who are arriving. I know that you had the 2 family suites. If rooms are not ready upon guest arrival, then we do not check them in. We want every guest to walk into a 100% clean and prepped room. The same would go for check-out if there were guests scheduled to check into them upon another's departure. We would have needed time to prepare for the next guest. I apologize if you were not given a reason as to why you were not permitted to have either or offered other options. That is an opportunity for us to coach and develop our staff. Again, we appreciate your feedback and we thank you for choosing Comfort Suites.
