Prior to COVID'19 our standard Cleaning Protocol involved 24 Hours Housekeeping Staffing with specific daily procedures for cleaning guest rooms, meeting space, restaurants, public space, etc. With COVID'19 situation new cleaning equipments are involved, staff are ulitizing personal protective equipment (PPE), hand sanitizers for staff and guests will be available and set up accordingly and additional protocols are place handling of any guest that might test positive during their stay. We are following as many hotels the U.S. Travel Association Health & Safety Guidelines which were developed in accordance with the CDC Guidelines and the White House Guidelines for "Opening Up America Again."
