Normally very happy with Hilton. Saturday afternoon front desk male or female as I could not tell…was SO rude and unhelpful! All I needed was a tea bag and the lack if phone skills, common decency and help was unbelievable! Really put a damper on what was already a tough weekend for me. The Hilton Garden Inn Panama City is conveniently located next to the Panama City Mall, local corporations and area restaurants. We offer complimentary wireless/wired internet throughout the hotel, state of the art 24 hour complimentary business center and a full service restaurant and bar on-site offering breakfast, dinner and room service at affordable pricing. We have a fitness center, guest laundry--with a fluff & fold service available, 24 hour valet dry cleaning, heated outdoor pool & whirlpool. We received our 1st Palm from the Florida Environmental Protection Association's Green Lodging Program. We just upgraded to FLAT SCREEN TVs and completely renovated our Fitness Center--with new Precor equipment and free weights!
