Our stay was very enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a good size. We particularly liked the large step in shower and the big wrap around your body towels. The beds were clean, fresh and comfortable. Thank you for a good night's stay.

Property was very clean. All personnel were friendly. Michael took such care of the breakfast area with a great supply of breakfast treats. Well stocked with quality pastries. The area was spotless and Michael wiped down tables and chairs and counters. He was unbelievable! Would love to visit again.

Nestled in picturesque Fayetteville, NY (a suburb of Syracuse, NY), the Craftsman features 65 standard rooms and 25 suites, each beautifully appointed with Stickley furniture. Each room features free local phone calls and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet service, and is equipped with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and guest amenities in the bathroom. The suites offer the same in comfort, but with an additional sitting area which includes a pull-out sleeper sofa. In addition, all Lodge suites are equipped with mini-refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers. Also in the lobby, guests have the convenience of two complimentary computer workstations.Directly across the street from the Craftsman Inn, guests can enjoy shopping at the Fayetteville Towne Center Mall, featuring stores such as Target, Kohl's, and TJMaxx. The Craftsman's guests can enjoy dining on-property at the Limestone Grill restaurant or can walk to various restaurants including Uno's, Carrabba's, Kirby's, and Friendly's.The Craftsman also features over 4,000 square feet of meeting/banquet space, accommodating up to 200 people comfortably.
