My husband and I had driven approximately 840 miles the day of our stay. I was exhausted when we were checking in but had a fabulous interaction with Shea, the hotel manager and intake person. Shea met me with a smile and a positive attitude! Shea said she was there with whatever we might need. I had to get a hold of Shea for a couple of things and there was no waiting, Shea meant it, she was there if we needed her. That said, it was nice to have a person who was willing to make the end of my day a little easier. Shea is a fabulous hire and I hope Best Western sees her potential. We certainly did! Thank you Shea!

I stayed at this location because it was near the conference center. Ms. Francis, the wonderful lady that prepared breakfast daily was a bonus to the experience. She prepared the breakfast with care and polite customer service.
