Incredible A+ customer service. Please thank Desi, Jordan and the three maintenance gentlemen. It was a snow blizzard on arrival and we got stuck ! We called and Desi rallied the team ' they were very polite and were able to shovel around our truck and trailer (not easy). The room was perfect and very clean and the breakfasts were delicious. An hour after checking out, we thought we left some things in the dresser. We called Jordon at front desk and he was very helpful. He went to the room and called us right back. Nothing left dbl check and located it in one of our bags. What a great, friendly and polite team! Please give them our thanks and share this review with them.
Extremely clean and friendly staff.
The staff was first class, especially Gage at the front desk and Lori in the dining room.
