Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great.
Everyone extremely accommodating and cheerful. Also very helpful as my vehicle broke down 20 miles away and I needed a little help with personal stuff.
Hotel was great as was the restaurant/bar.
My sister and I are in our 80s. We live in Vt and N H. We grew up in West Haven and were in Ct visiting our sister and going to a high school reunion. We were so pleased with the polite service of the entire staff. The people in the food court were so helpful with our meals and the desk clerk was efficient and friendly. Thank you for the memories. Very quiet and comfortable place to stay.although I didn't stay overnight due to time restrictions.next time I'm in this area ,I will be staying here.
