Reception was imacculate, receptionist very polite and super helpful, offered luggage storage for next day while at comic con. Easy to find room and use keycard to enter. Room was well laid out, plenty of light and space, loved that the shower room was separate from the toilet. Shower pressure and heat was amazing, Beds were super comfortable. Plenty of storage areas available too.
