Vanessa Rose Appling is to be highly commended for her exceptional professionalism, dedication to customer service and calm leadership under difficult circumstances during a city wide power outage.
The Best Western Norwalk was very clean, cozy and courteous. We had a late check in and we're greeted cheerily and informed about all the amenities we could use while there. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was tended to by a little firecracker of a lady who was very attentive and polite. We did not run short of anything, right up until the breakfast room closed. We were very happy with our stay, all around. We would happily stay there again in the future. I highly recommend it.
