"Pleasant welcome"

We were offered an upgraded room for an extra charge of £30 for bathrobes and a king size bed which we expected to be normal in an upmarket hotel. Food in the dining room was very good and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Beautiful gardens with stunning rhododendrons.
