I am disabled with a cane. when the desk clerk saw me coming up to the door she sprang out and opened it for me and was back behind the counter changing the room I was assigned before I reached the counter. they had no elevator and the outside agency I had booked through had ignored my request for the 1st floor, but it was fixed without even asking. you couldn't ask for better service.
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We stay here whenever we go to the BLM corrals in Hines.
Always clean and comfortable.
I would stay there again.
