From my phone call to reserve til we left, it was a very easy process. Excellent customer service rep when reserving. Super friendly and professional desk person at the hotel. Updates and reminders via emails and texts were excellent. Loved the whole process.

Burns, Vale football game Friday night. Easy check in, room very clean. Excellent parking and easy access to my room from parking lot.
